Yesterday, I presented my Genius Hour report and I believe it went quite well. I was quite happy that I was able to entertain the class with my rather boring presentation. I was also happy that I managed to get all my blog posts done as I was struggling to keep up with weekly updates throughout the project.
I was a little unhappy that I wasn’t able to do more and talk more about my project, but still, overall I was pretty happy with how everything turned out. I hope to do this again next year.
For this week, I worked on my presentations, I am doing good on time so I should be able to present on the day I was assigned.
For this week, I worked on the website and I finally finished it, I am planning to start working on the presentations soon and get everything done before I present.
During the creation of my website, I faced many problems as I was extremely inexperienced and have not fully learned everything. So in order to solve some of my problems, I have decided to get help from an expert. The person who I got help from was a man called Kevin Shen who works at a local company as a programmer. I talked to him and he taught me some things and helped me with some errors. He was very helpful to me for this project.
This week, I have finished up the course and found myself really tight on time, so instead of doing another course, I have decided to start making the website. I have made decent progress so far and hope to finish in a week or two.
